How does it work?

Weekly Paid Employees

You simply send us your payroll data via an agreed method, for example spreadsheet or manual timesheet, to us each Monday, typically by 2pm. We calculate 'worked hours' and also deal with new starters, leavers, holidays, tax codes, deductions, wage adjustments, attachment of earnings and tax credits.

Laser payslips are issued for each employee are are delivered along with an electronic copy for you. Payment summaries and standard reports are also supplied electronically.

More detailed reports, specific to your requirements can also be produced and supplied by arrangement.

Once your payroll is updated the final BACS report is forwarded to you for payment to your employees.
